Losing weight simply comes down to reducing your caloric intake and increasing your exercises and weight lifting so that your metabolic rate will increase. This will in turn cause you to constantly burn calories. If you search my blog you will find articles related to weight loss and how to get started. I’m sorry I don’t have more time to detail a diet plan for you - as long as it’s well balanced and promotes calorie reduction you should lose weight. Remember - the most important aspect is to eat 6 small meals a day without skipping one. Good Luck.
